We had our first transnational meeting for the project. It took place in Alicante, Spain, between 18th and 20th November, 2015. It was for school coordinators and for school`s representatives only. It was a great experience for all of us. We met each other, some for the first time in person, and we agreed on many things considering our common project.
First mobility in Ede, Netherlands - March 13 th to March 19th 2016
The first mobility is finished. It took place in Ede at Pallas Athene College. All the participant schools were there with their students.
The theme was Student leadership and the focus was to get to know the project, to feel it and to learn how to be a successful leader of the company. During this process we experienced some Dutch businesses and companies which helped us to understand that anybody can become successful if he has a good idea, a great team to work with and a motivation to go through with it.
Students had some workshops and their final product was their own company which they presented on Friday at the final ceremony. They were all very resourceful and full of ideas.
We also felt like Dutch people during the week, especially the students who lived with their hosts and biked to/from school every day. We also saw some interesting sights, the beautiful Kroller-Muller Museum (_) and the city Nijmegen.
Second mobility in Suceava, Romania - 29th of May to 4th of June 2016
We also completed the second mobility where we mostly talked about Market research.
Students learned what exactly is market research, how to do it and why it is so important. They had two workshops related to this topic, the first was held by the British team and the second at the Chamber of commerce and industry in Suceava. Both were very informative and helpful.
There was also a logo competition - the winner was the British one.
We also had a chance to see some Romanian factories and some sights nearby. Students and teachers enjoyed the Romanian experience and learned a great deal about their culture.

Third mobility in Alicante, Spain - October 16th to October 22nd 2016
We've successfully put the third mobility under the roof. The main task was to learn about product design and also to try and design a product first hand. There were interesting workshops carried out by the British team that helped students understand the how to and also gave them ideas and materials- ACCESS FM, so they could put their hands into work promptly and properly.
During the visit we visited local companies: Pikolinos (shoe factory that presented the production line), Injusa (toy manufacturers that let us have a closer look at toy design), Actiu (office furniture production that also clarified why product design is so important). The hosts also organized a visit to the MARQ museum, which was fascinating, the old town sights and we were also priviledged to enjoy the view from the castle on the hill. Of course we also enjoyed Alicante's playas.
After all the work , fun and collaborating in transnational groups, the main ideas had to be put in practice so the students were challenged to create a product that would prevent kids from drowning in a bath. The outcomes were amazing and the whole mobility was a great experience!

We`re half way through! The fourth mobility in Paris, France is over. It was between the 26th of February, 2017 and 4th of March, 2017. The focus was on marketing, the next stage in creating a successful business.
It started when each country had a stand, where it presented the design of its product or business idea. Students and teacher had to actively participate and learn about all of them. Then it started with our main theme. Students had three workshops on marketing held by Mr David Clark from British team where they learned and worked together in mixed groups to make a marketing plan. They were very successful at it. We also had two conferences where experts talked about their story and their marketing strategies. Then we visited some companies where we learned about how they succeeded with their business ideas and what was their key marketing point. We visited Gentlemen 1919, the French Facebook, Hermes and a department store.
Ofcourse Paris is Paris so we visited a few attractions that took our breath away. We were especially enchanted by the Eiffel Tower and its numerous steps towards the top.
Our hosts have also showed us some culinary surplus. We really enjoyed the meals they prepared for us.
Au revoir Paris, Poland here we come.

From 5th to 9th June 2017 Zespół Szkół Publicznych in Święcany hosted the fifth mobility within "Youth to Business Enterprise" Erasmus+ project. Its main topic was product finance. Each local partner school has already created their product or service that they intend to introduce to the market. This time the participants learned how to calculate the cost of their creation so that they could break-even and start making money. By participating in educational activities, they learned about various economic concepts and factors affecting the final price of the product. Some of these activities were prepared in cooperation with the Vocational High School (Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa) in Nowy Sącz who organised workshops on product finance and negotiation. Thanks to the courtesy of the management of the following companies, the partners were able to visit the plants of Vortumnus, Nowy Styl and Balticwood. In Vortumnus we attended practical workshops on certain products fabrication. Nowy Styl showed us their modern facilities and the showroom, where we learned how the company creates new products and launches them to the market. Similarly, Balticwood showed the cycle of creating their floor panels.
The hosts also included some entertainment combined with gathering practical information. A visit to “Energylandia” allowed the partner school from Slovenia to learn about the methods of financing of the constantly growing Polish amusement park. The Slovenian partners intend to “virtually” create an amusement park in their country within the project.
At the end of the project activities partners could attend a facultative educational trip to the former German Nazi Concentration Camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.
We had the second transnational meeting at Osnovna šola Benedikt in Slovenia from 28th to 30th June, 2017. It was time for all of us adults involved to review what we have achieved so far and what still needed to be done. We realised that we have met a lot of goals, but still a lot is ahead of us. We have finalised our plans for the final year of the project. We can`t wait for the show to go on!
We finished with the sixth project meeting in Turkey at Karaman Lisesi from 9th till 13 th of October, 2017. The main theme of the mobility was sales.
First, all the teams presented their finance reports and then we continued with sales which is another important aspect of a bussiness. We had some workshops and a university lecture about the topic. Students also implemented that into practice - they had to buy apples at the local market and had to bargain for the price. Then they also had to buy and sell local bagels called simit. The week has finished with presentations about what have they learned.
During the week students and teachers had a chance to not only learn but to see Turkish bussiness idea in reality. They took us to Ermenek lake where next to an old and mysterious town there`s already a prototype of their boat built. Well done Turkey. ;-)
Some of the teams ended this amazing week visiting Cappadocia - a land of peace and beauty. It was breathtaking to see the nature, we felt like in a fairytale.
Thanks to our hosts we had a great week and we saw the definition of hospitabilty.
We completed with seventh mobility. That one was in Slovenia at Osnovna šola Benedikt between 5th and 9th of March, 2018. Its theme was Presentation Skills. We hosted 38 students and 16 teachers.
The week began with an opening ceremony where we welcomed everyone to our theme park. Each country had a stand there and presented something typical of their culture. After a great show we had presentations on Sales, that was followed from Turkey. Then the students had a lecture about presentation techniques held by Mr Alec Laing. They also got a weekly task – on Friday they will have to present Slovenia as tourist guides.
On Tuesday and Wednesday we traveled to Maribor and Ljubljana where they collected materials for their Friday presentations. In Maribor we listened to a lecture at a start up company. On Tuesday we also had a pyjamas party at school so the students could mix with each other and get to know eac other better. On Wednesday we also visited a local company that grows snails to produces snail cream called Noela. They have recently become very successful and they shared their story with us.
On Thursday we had two company visits at school, Inova IT (they develop mobile applications) and Kayo (they engrave chocolate). Then students worked in transnational groups to prepare their presentations. On Friday they finished their presentations. They each presented their ideas to show what they have learned through the week. Then we officially finished the mobility with evaluations and certificates. There was only one thing left to do – farewell party that was held in a nearby pub. We were all very sad to say goodbye which is a proof that we had a great week.
We had a cold and snowy week here but filled with so many warm emotions. Now we`re ready to carry this spirit on to London. :-)
The final mobility - the Grand Finale took place at Nightingale Academy in London from 2nd to 6th of July, 2018.
It started on Monday with the opening ceremony where our hosts prepared Erasmusvision - a song and dance contest. Then it was followed with presentations. Each country presented their journey through all three years. This was a moment when we remembered everything that happened, all the things we learned, all the people we met and all the memories... The next day we had orienteering around central London. We saw some sights that really impressed us and had a boat trip in the afternoon. On Wednesday we had a very interesting finance tour around old city centre. In the afternoon we had some fun at the movie theatre and pizza afterwards.
The big day however was Thursday. It was THE moment when students presented their business plans in front of the jury. All of them were very successful and confident in their presentation. Overall winners were the French - congratulations once again! In the evening we had a gala evening. We celebrated our work in a bit fancy way.
On Friday we had a farewell ceremony with certificates, evaluations and everything followed with quite a lot emotions.
Thank you London, it was an amazing week!
The third transnational meeting took place in Paris, at Lycee Jean Drouant, from 28 to 30th August, 2018. It was time when all coordinators and vice coordinators met for the last time. We evaluated our work and started writing the final report.
It was indeed a very emotional moment for everyone involved. After three years of hard work and many visits we have become not only partners but friends. We shall only hope that our paths meet again. Thank you, merci, gracias, hvala, dziękuję, bedankt, teşekkür ederim, mulțumesc! ;-)
